Overview

The Complete Pipe & Fitting Range

Pipes and fittings carry the pressure, temperature and chemistry of the whole plant, so nothing in this range is treated as a commodity. Every item is manufactured from traceable raw material, welded and machined in our own works, and released only after dimensional and material checks.

We supply seamless and welded pipe along with the bends, spools, tees and fittings that go around it — so a single line can be sourced complete, with matched grades and consistent end preparation throughout.

  • Materials: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and special metals.
  • Standards: ASME B16.9 / B16.11, ASTM, API 5L, MSS-SP-75.
  • Testing: PMI, MPI, hydro test, dimensional inspection.

Products in This Category

Twelve product families, each manufactured to the size, schedule and grade you specify.

Seamless and welded pipes in carbon and stainless steel 01

Pipes

Seamless, ERW and LSAW pipe for process, utility and pipeline duty. Supplied plain end, bevelled or threaded, cut to the exact running lengths your isometrics call for, with mill test certificates for every heat.

Size Range
1/2" to 48" NB
Schedule
SCH 10 – SCH 160, XXS
Standards
ASTM A106 / A312 / A335, API 5L
Ends
Plain, bevelled, threaded
Long radius pipe bends 02

Pipe Bends

Cold and hot formed bends in 3D, 5D, 6D, 8D and 10D radii. A long-radius bend keeps flow smooth and pressure drop low, which is why pipeline and pigging lines specify them in place of sharp elbows.

Size Range
1/2" to 48" NB
Radius
3D, 5D, 6D, 8D, 10D
Angle
15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°
Standard
ASME B16.49, MSS-SP-75
Prefabricated pipe spools ready for site 03

Pipe Spools

Prefabricated assemblies of pipe, elbows, tees, reducers and flanges welded and tested in the shop, then shipped ready to bolt up. Shop fabrication cuts site welding drastically and takes weather out of the schedule.

Size Range
1/2" to 48" NB
Fabrication
To isometric drawing
Testing
Hydro test, radiography, DP
Finish
Shot blasted, primed or painted
Split tee for hot tapping 04

Split Tee

A two-halves tee that clamps around a live pipeline and is welded in place, letting a new branch be hot-tapped without shutting the line down. Manufactured with full encirclement and a reinforced branch outlet.

Header Size
2" to 60" NB
Branch Size
2" to 48" NB
Pressure
Class 150 – 2500
Use
Hot tapping, live line branch
Hot induction bends for pipeline service 05

Hot Induction Bends

Formed by heating a narrow band of the pipe with an induction coil and pushing it through the bend. The result is a seamless, uniform-wall bend with no wrinkles — the standard choice for large-diameter, high-pressure transmission lines.

Size Range
4" to 56" NB
Radius
3D to 10D and custom
Angle
Up to 90° in one piece
Heat Treatment
Normalised / Q&T as required
Barred tee with pig bars in the branch 06

Barred Tee

An equal or reducing tee fitted with pig bars across the branch opening so a cleaning or inspection pig cannot drop into the branch as it passes. Essential on any piggable pipeline that carries a take-off.

Size Range
2" to 48" NB
Type
Equal & reducing
Bar Design
Flat / round, flow-aligned
Standard
ASME B16.9, MSS-SP-75
Fabricated miter bend 07

Miter Bend

A bend fabricated from straight pipe segments cut at an angle and welded together. Miter bends are the economical answer for large-diameter, low-pressure lines — water, air, flue gas and ducting — where a formed bend would be over-specified.

Size Range
6" to 120" NB
Cuts
2, 3, 4 piece and multi-piece
Angle
30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, custom
Standard
ASME B31.3 / B31.4
Forged socket weld and threaded fittings 08

Forged Fittings

Socket weld and threaded elbows, tees, couplings, unions, caps, plugs, bushings and olets, forged from solid bar for a dense grain structure. Small-bore, high-pressure branch and instrument lines rely on them.

Size Range
1/8" to 4" NB
Class
2000, 3000, 6000, 9000 LBS
Standard
ASME B16.11, MSS-SP-79/83/97
Material
A105, A182 F304/F316/F11/F22
Butt weld elbows, tees, reducers and caps 09

Pipe Fittings

The butt-weld family — 45° and 90° elbows in long and short radius, equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, end caps, stub ends and cross fittings. Wall thickness matched to the connecting pipe schedule.

Size Range
1/2" to 48" NB
Types
Elbow, tee, reducer, cap, cross
Standard
ASME B16.9, ASTM A234 / A403
Thickness
SCH 10 to SCH 160, XXS
Ferrule type compression tube fittings 10

Compression Fittings

Single and twin ferrule tube fittings that seal by mechanical grip alone — no welding, no flame and no threading of the tube. The natural choice for instrument impulse lines, sampling systems and any connection that has to be broken and remade.

Tube OD
1/8" to 2" & 3 mm to 50 mm
Ferrule
Single & twin ferrule
Pressure
Up to 6000 PSI
Material
SS 316 / 304, brass, Monel
Hydraulic pipes and fittings 11

Hydraulic Pipes & Fittings

Precision cold-drawn hydraulic tube with matching adaptors, elbows, tees, bulkhead unions and bite-type couplings. Supplied pickled and oiled, plugged at both ends, so the bore reaches the assembly bay free of scale.

Tube OD
4 mm to 42 mm
Pressure
Up to 630 bar
Standard
DIN 2391, EN 10305, ISO 8434
Thread
BSP, NPT, metric, JIC
Machined hose nipples 12

Hose Nipples

Machined hose tails and nipples that connect flexible hose to rigid pipework, with serrated shanks that hold the hose under clamp pressure. Available threaded, flanged or plain for crimped ferrule assembly.

Size Range
1/4" to 6" NB
Ends
Threaded, flanged, plain
Shank
Serrated for clamping
Material
CS, SS 304/316, brass

Testing & Documentation

What ships with the goods, so your inspection team has nothing left to chase.

PMI & MPI Testing

Positive material identification confirms the alloy actually in your hand; magnetic particle inspection catches surface and near-surface defects on ferromagnetic items.

Hydrostatic Testing

Spools and pressure-retaining assemblies are hydro tested at the specified pressure and held for the required duration before release.

Dimensional Inspection

Every item is checked against the drawing and the governing standard for bore, wall, ovality, angle and end preparation.

Full Documentation

Mill test certificates, heat traceability, test reports and packing lists are despatched with the consignment in export-ready format.
