Pipe Spool Fabrication
Cut, bevelled, fitted and welded spools with flanges, branches, elbows and supports — marked and packed by isometric number ready for site erection.
Fabrication and machining of all industrial components in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and special metals — pipe spools, structures, plate work, skids and pressure parts, built to drawing in our own works.
Fabrication goes wrong in the gaps — material waiting at a cutting vendor, a spool held up at a heat treatment shop, a weld rejected after the assembly has already been painted. We keep cutting, forming, welding, machining and testing under one roof precisely so those gaps do not exist.
A standing example: a 300 mm round bar, ten metres long, was manufactured in two days and exported to the UAE against an emergency requirement. That is not the normal schedule for such a piece — it was possible only because every operation sat in the same building and could be run back to back.
Six streams of work, all drawing on the same shop floor and the same inspection regime.
Cut, bevelled, fitted and welded spools with flanges, branches, elbows and supports — marked and packed by isometric number ready for site erection.
Platforms, pipe racks, ladders, walkways, equipment frames and supports fabricated from beams, channels, angles and hollow sections.
Hoppers, chutes, ducting, casings, liners, guards and bins — rolled, pressed, formed and welded from plate and sheet.
Shells, dish ends, nozzles, tube sheets and vessel internals fabricated to ASME Section VIII Div 1 or IS 2825 where the code applies.
Complete skid-mounted packages — base frame, piping, supports and equipment mounting — assembled and tested before despatch.
CNC and conventional machining of components, whether standalone or as part of a fabricated assembly.
Every operation below runs in our own works — nothing critical is sub-contracted out of sight.
We read the drawing before quoting — material, code, weld details, NDT extent and tolerances all change the price and the schedule.
Material is drawn against certificate, and the heat number is transferred to every piece as it is cut.
Laser, plasma and saw cutting, rolling, pressing and bending, then fit-up checked against the drawing before any welding starts.
Welding to qualified procedures, with preheat, interpass control and post-weld heat treatment where the material demands it.
Dimensional check, PMI, MPI, DP, radiography and hydro testing as the inspection plan requires.
Blasting, priming and painting, then marking, crating and despatch with the full document package.

Third-party inspection by TPI agencies or your own inspectors is welcomed at any hold point in the plan.
Yes. Job work on free-issue material is routine — material is logged in against its certificate, identity is maintained through every operation, and offcuts are returned or accounted for with the finished job.
Yes. We fabricate to ASME B31.1, B31.3 and Section VIII Div 1, weld to procedures qualified under Section IX, and accept TPI or client inspection at the hold points agreed in the inspection and test plan.
Drawings or isometrics, the material specification, quantity, the applicable code, the extent of NDT required and the surface protection. If any of those are still open, tell us the intended service and we will propose them with the quotation.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Because cutting, welding, machining and testing are all in-house, an urgent item can be pushed through the shop back to back instead of queueing at three different vendors.
Spools, bends, tees and fittings manufactured as products in their own right.
CNC machining, aerospace components and reverse-engineered machinery spares.
The testing, inspection and documentation regime behind every fabricated item.
Isometrics, GA drawings or a sketch with dimensions — plus the material and the code — are enough to start.
